"Reminded me how good careful packing feels"
I ordered a few parts from macsautoparts.com, opening the box kind of took me back to that feeling of getting something you were really hoping would arrive in good shape. The box was sturdy, everything was padded well, and nothing was sliding around or scratched up. It was just nice to open an order and not feel that little disappointment of seeing a beat-up package for once.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered a couple parts thinking they’d be here in a few days, but nope, it took way longer then I expected. The tracking barely updated too, so I was kinda just waiting around not knowing what was going on.
The parts were fine when they finally showed up, so no issue there. But the wait was annoying, and I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something fast

"Parts felt cheaper than I expected"
The fit was okay and I was able to get it on without much trouble, but the metal felt a lot flimsier than I thought it would. It just doesn’t feel like something that’s going to hold up well over time. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because, i don’t really trust them to do much besides give me the runaround.

"Said it fit but it didnt"
I ordered this part because it showed it would fit my car, but once I got it, it was just a little off and I couldnt use it. Shipping was fine and it showed up with no issues, but the fitment info wasnt accurate. Had to send it back after wasting a weekend trying to make it work.

I’ve been chasing parts for my old Ford for what feels like forever, so I was just tired of calling around and getting nowhere. They actually had most of what I needed, which was a relief. One trim piece was still out of stock, but compared to the usual runaround, their selection was solid.

"Helpful tech support, even after I was a little nervous paying"
I had a question about the right part for my old Mustang and tech support got back to me fast. The guy actually knew what he was talking about and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking. I’ll be honest, after I paid I got a little suspicious and started wondering if the order would be right or if I’d have to deal with a hassle. But everything showed up as expected and I ended up ordering the right stuff the first time. Really helpful experience overall

They definitely know their stuff when it comes to restorations. Nice. The advice was solid and actually useful, but the replies took a while to come through. Hmm. Overall, good experience, just wish communication had been a bit quicker.

So I ordered a few parts from MAC's it was a solid experience. The prices were better than a couple other places I looked at, and everything showed up like it was supposed to. Nothing fancy, but the parts did the job and saved me some money. I’d definitely order from them again.

I had something on backorder and didn’t hear much unless I reached out myself. I ended up having to ask twice before getting a response. Frustrating.

"I tried finding the parts I..."
I tried finding the parts I needed and it took way longer than it should have. The filters kept resetting, and on my phone the pages were loading all weird, which made it even more annoying. Checkout did work in the end, but the whole experience was frustrating. I also kind of got the feeling that if I mentioned the issue somewhere, nobody was actually going to read it.

"Decent catalog, but double-check the fitment"
I ordered a couple parts from Macs and for the most part the catalog info was solid. One item, though, didn’t line up with my car the way it was listed, so I ended up digging through some old forums before feeling comfortable ordering again. It’s not even about that one part being wrong as much as wanting the fitment notes to be clearer upfront. Not a terrible experience, just a little more guesswork than I expected. 3 stars...

"Return went okay enough"
I ended up ordering the wrong part, which was my mistake, so I had to send it back. The return process was simple, not really much to complain about there. Refund came through a few days later after that. Overall it was no big hassle, so yeah, I’d probably use them again.

"Mostly good, but packing could’ve been better"
My order showed up quickly, and most of the parts looked good. That said, one trim piece was bent and there was a small clip missing, so it kind of seemed like it wasn’t checked too carefully before it went out. Customer service did get back to me the next day and took care of it, so overall it worked out.

"Good Parts Price, but the Shipping Was Too Much"
At first, the price of the parts seemed reasonable, and I was ready to place the order. But once I got to checkout, the shipping cost was way higher than expected. it kind of ruined the deal for me, so I closed the cart and ended up buying from another site

"Customer service could’ve been better"
I did get a reply in the end, but it took longer than I expected. i feel like the support team could’ve handled it faster instead of leaving me waiting around. It wasn’t terrible, just kind of frustrating.

I ordered a few parts and, the prices felt fair compared to some other sites I looked at. A couple of places seemed like they were padding things a bit, but this one didn’t give me that feeling. Shipping wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still reasonable overall. I’d probably use them again.
